Bridget (she/they) is an ICEA Certified Postpartum Doula
Over the course of almost two decades, Bridget has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience related to newborn and infant care in both an informal and professional capacity. Countless families later, she has realized her calling as a postpartum doula!
Bridget knows from personal experience how sensitive a time the postpartum period can be. A calming presence, she offers the reassurance, experience, and attentiveness pivotal to inspiring parents toward confidence and smooth transitions. She believes the postpartum period should be a time of celebration, rest, and joy.
While she is passionate about diversity in all its forms, she is most versed in navigating early parenthood through neurodivergence, disability, and general queerness. Everyone deserves someone in their corner willing to truly listen and let them know they’ve got this! Bridget has experience with vaginal and surgical birth recovery, breast/chest, and bottle feeding, multiples, single parents, couples, and her clients consistently say she goes the extra mile!
Located in Northern Orange County, Bridget lives with her partner and two children, and their dog and chickens. In her free time you can find her and her family hiking along the Eno, swimming, camping, and generally soaking up the outdoors.
